Oat Bites – A Simple & Healthy Snack

As part of our Healthy Recipes by Our Chef series, Chef Arrate continues to share practical and nutritious ideas with the Sage College community. Her aim is to help families enjoy healthy food at home without compromising on flavour, simplicity or enjoyment.

If you are looking for a quick and healthy snack idea for your children, these oat bites are the perfect solution. They are simple, wholesome and ideal for any time of day — whether for school lunchboxes, an afternoon snack or even a light breakfast option.

What makes this recipe especially appealing is that it requires only two basic ingredients and can easily be customised to suit your family’s taste.
