Javier was born in Extremadura, Spain. He studied Labour Relations and Human Resources, where he discovered his passion for Law, before completing a Law degree at the University of Extremadura. He also holds a Master’s in Legal Practice and Solicitor Practice from Rey Juan Carlos University. A lover of nature and sport, particularly football, Javier recently moved to Jerez after falling in love with its culture and the beaches of Cádiz.
